NOTICE

Beginning January 1, 2025, residential building permits, plan reviews and inspections for 1, 2, and 3 family dwellings will be assumed directly by the Medina County Building Department.   This change will apply to building permit applications for: 

• New dwellings
• Additions to existing dwellings
• Accessory Structures greater than 200 sq. ft. 
• HVAC work
• Electrical work 

Scheduling Residential Permit Inspections

Inspections related to residential permits should be scheduled with the County Building Department (See Contact Information below).

Zoning Permits
