Overview
The City Planning Commission was established by City Council as provided by the Ohio Revised Code and is responsible for reviewing all site plans for permitted commercial, industrial and multifamily uses, issuing conditional zoning certificates for all conditionally permitted uses and reviewing all land subdivisions.
The Commission is a five member panel consisting of the Mayor, Director of Public Service and three citizens appointed by the mayor and meets the second and fourth Monday of each month:

Public Hearing Scheduled
A public hearing will be held by the Commission on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 7:00PM regarding a proposed overlay text and map amendment for a portion of the properties on High Street between Brouse and Hall Streets.
