Pay Your Utility Bill
All utility bills are mailed by the second working day of the month and are usually due on the 19th of each month, depending on weekends and holidays. The City of Wadsworth utility customers have the ability to view their utility bills online, pay their bills with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) over a secure online site or over the phone 24/7 with our automated service. You may call 330-335-2700 for any assistance with your bill.
Additionally, customers may select to have an email sent to them stating that their bill is "ready to view" as opposed to having a bill sent to their home address. Simply go to wadsworthcity.com, select City, then Utilities, Pay Your Bill Online. You will need your utility account number and the exact name listed on the account to set up your online access. The online options will allow registered customers to view their current utility bill, (including all charges), payment history, and metered usage history (Electric and Water). Join the over 5,000 Wadsworth Utility Customers who have already signed up.
A security deposit of up to $300 is required for all applications for service from individuals who are not the legal owners of the property to which service is requested. You must email a signed copy of your lease or proof of ownership and valid identification along with the forms listed below. Email these to: firstname.lastname@example.org

During the winter and summer months, utility bills hit hardest the families in need. Many customers just "round up" on their bill and designate the extra change for the Share Program.
