The Human Resources Department is devoted to the welfare of the City's greatest asset, the employees of the City of Wadsworth. Recruitment, hiring, wages, employee benefits and a healthy, safe and productive work environment all fall under the umbrella of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Human Resources is responsible for administering the guidelines for employment by developing and implementing policy. Our policies and procedures must be consistent with all Federal and State law, as well as local ordinances. Human Resources provides all new employees with a handbook which covers policies relating to:
