Election & Service
Councilman at Large, Zach Berger, was elected in 2025 and is currently serving his first term on City Council. As part of his duties, Mr. Berger serves on the Public Ways Committee, Public Service Committee, and The Cable TV Commission.
Career
After having an insurance agency in downtown Wadsworth, Mr. Berger joined SeibertKeck Insurance Partners in 2024 as an Employee Benefits Advisor.
Education
Zach Berger attended Wadsworth City Schools and graduated from Wadsworth High School. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Kent State University.
Volunteer Work
The councilman is involved with many different organizations. He currently is on the Board of Directors for the Wadsworth Area Chamber of Commerce and Akron Children’s Museum.
Family
Both graduates of Wadsworth High School, Zach and his wife, Lindsay, are excited to raise their daughter (and two dogs and two cats) in this wonderful city. Zach’s parents are also lifelong Wadsworth residents.
